We rent some of our apartments as locations for filming. We offer very good prices and selected environments.

Our personnel is always ready to help you. We want you find a clean, comfortable apartment. Our technical service tries everything is ready for you.

EQUIPMENT

Our apartments are equipped for a comfortable and agreeable stay. The majority of them have ADSL, some WIFI, for your convenience, just like home. We have the apartment you are looking for, with the equipment you need. Our apartments are located in the best spots of the city close to the public transportation system, and in the historic area of the city.

CHECK IN SERVICE

Our personnel will be meeting with you at the apartment. They are in permanent contact with the office in case your flight is delayed. They will make sure somebody will be at the apartment when you get there. (check the terms and conditions page, the arrivals out of schedule have an extra charge). In the apartment, our people will explain you all the details, how to use the appliances and will help you to fill the contract and its payment, when you get to the apartment. No need to visit our offices. Also our experienced personnel will inform you in case you contract other services with us.

CHECK OUT SERVICE

In the same way, our personnel will be at the time of your departure, facilitating the rest of the steps to you, and making sure that everything has been OK. We want you to feel comfortable and it is our desire that you come back.

EXTRA SERVICE NOT INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL RENT OF THE APARTMENT.

EXTRA CLEANING

If you prefer, we can take care of the cleaning of the apartment during your stay, please request it when you arrive to the apartment or in your reservation. This is an extra charge, but is real useful in stays of five days or more.

CATERING SERVICE

Previous quotation, We manage the contracting service of catering, asking to confidence companies that cover your needs.

AIRPORT SHUTLE

We can manage for you the contract of this service at your convenience. (Cost between 30-20€)

RENT A CAR

We can contact with the main companies of rent a car to a preferred price and make the arrangements you need list.

TOURIST GUIDE SERVICE

Guides' service for limited(small) groups, families, or friends.

SPANISH CURSES –EXPRESS-

Courses of Spanish, conversation for foreigners and simultaneous translation.

We put to your disposition all the information that you need on the rent of our apartments. We also give you all the information over the city, the area where the apartment is located and a series of activities to do. We also have a FAQ section that you can visit. Any case, if you need more information, or have any queries, do not hesitate in contact us. We will try to help you.

We are working in an Urban Guide for our customers. We hope to have it ready soon. On it we will offer you a Guide of the Cultural Life in Madrid. In the meantime, you can visit our FAQ section; there we will link you to others WebPages with all that information.
