The Santa Ana Sol 1 apartment is a cosy apartment situated next to Plaza Santa Ana, in the famous literary district of Madrid, just a short walk away from the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums.
The apartment measures 50 m2 and has capacity for up to 5 people sleeping in one double room and on a double sofa bed in the living room – dining room. There is also a full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster and all the necessary utensils. Located on the first floor (without a lift) of a beautifully restored, quiet, modern building with two balconies which give out to the street and have double glazed windows.The apartment is situated at the heart of Madrid’s famous literary district, full of charm, restaurants, bars and theatres. Very close to the well known Plaza de Santa Ana, where guests can try delicious Tapas on any of the many terraces. Rastro street market, la Puerta del Sol and the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums are all within walking distance of the apartment. At the heart of Madrid!Important:

L'appartamento era veramente carino, nel centro di Madrid (quartiere di Malasana). Per cinque persone lo spazio è sicuramente sufficiente (2 matrimoniali e un letto singolo). L'unico difetto è che l'appartamento si trova accanto ad un locale per cui alcune notti sono state abbastanza rumorose. Translate this guest review

Mature couple
Very good central location. Newly completely renovated, high standard, all appliances new. Very nice bathroom, all new, good shower. Some problems with the new LCD television set and the quality of cable signals, probably "running in" problems. Very friendly and helpful host. Translate this guest review

Appartement tres bien situé mais un peu bruyant malgrés les doubles fenettres. Confortable et equipement correct
