Spacious one bedroom apartment located 2 min. away from Gran Via Avenue, close to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and on a walking distance to the Museums. Capacity for up to 4 persons
between the neighborhoods Malasaña, Chueca and Fuencarral street.
A popular area for tourists and young people, who make this neighborhood,
a great place to fully enjoy the city in every possible way.
Fuencarral is a very important street thriving with shops and restaurants, goes
from Iglesia up to Gran Via. Just by walking, you can reach the most
important places in town: The Royal Palace, the Opera neighborhood with
Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol to the south west and the Prado Museum
or the Retiro Park to the south east .
Here, there are many restaurants with lovely terraces where you can
have a delicious meals while enjoying the sun and a great atmosphere.
From here, the typical route would be to continue up to one of the many
cafes nearby and look through one of the many stores with some of the
most important Spanish brands and young designers, and end the day
watching a good movie in one of the cinemas along Gran Via.
