In just three stops you can be in the centre of the city in the Puerta del Sol or the Plaza Mayor, or wandering the pedestrian shopping streets of Preciados. Closer are the Retiro Park and Botanical Gardens, which are walking distance from the apartment.
The 100m2 De Luxe Retirosur A, a spacious apartment for 5, has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed. The rooms face an interior Arab style garden, and are shielded from traffic noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, digital TV, DVD, CD player, Internet connection and parking space (upon request).
The 100 m2 Apartmamento De Luxe Retirosur B can sleep up to 5 people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need. There is a TV and a dining table for 8. This apartment offers two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with a shower. The equipment also includes TV with DVD and CD player and a free Internet connection. There is a door connecting the apartments if this is necessary (if both are booked by one group).

4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder, 2 Wohnzimmer. Es war die ideale Unterkunft für unsere 10 Mann Gruppe. Es passte alles. Lediglich ein Staubsuager oder einen Besen zum zwischendurch reinigen hat gefehlt. Würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Translate this guest review

El alojamiento está situado en un punto muy céntrico ( a 10 minutos de la estación de Atocha), junto a una parada de metro y muy cercano a la entrada sur del parque del Retiro. El alojamiento es espacioso y está bien equipado. La atención recibida tanto a través de internet como personalmente han sido muy correctas. Translate this guest review

El alojamiento es confortable, moderno y bien decorado. Esta bien situado, cerca de la estacion de Atocha. Hay una tienda justo abajo, lo que es muy practico. Le logement est confortable, moderne et bien décoré. Il est bien situé, près de la gare d'Atocha. Il y a un supermarché juste au-dessous, ce qui est très pratique. Translate this guest review
