The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated by the owner using quality materials . You will also find a CD player, DVD, Digital Cable TV and free Internet broadband wireless connection. This sunny flat sleeps 4 to 6 people and is ideal for families or businesses: it has two independent bedrooms.One with two single beds TV, and the second one withTV, a large double bed and a toilet , in the salon as much with a double sofa bed very comfortable. has fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace, and all appliances that will make your staying more easy.
It’s a great base to visit Madrid either for business or for a short break since it is central and very well connected with the rest of the city. The area where the flat is located is very lively with lots of bars with open air tables, restaurants, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas.

Sol is one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Madrid as well as one of the most diverse. This area maintains some of the most typical traditions and cultural characteristics of Spain, despite the pass of the years and the addition of new cultural elements. One of the main activities which attract tourists to this neighborhood is its gastronomical variety. Due to the diversity of people from different origins who inhabit in this spot, there is a wide variety of international dishes available at many of the local restaurants. Besides the variety, this area's gastronomy also offers good dishes for a lower price than other areas. The Museo del Prado is, without any doubt, one of the main spots tourists should visit while being in Madrid. This Museum is one of the most interesting places which those who enjoy arts could meet in this city, although there also are several other amazing museums and galleries as well, turning Madrid into one of the main art related destinations a tourist could find in the entire world.

When we arrived the appartement which we booked wasn't available yet, but we got another apartment for one night. It wasn't as nice as the one we booked but fair enough. The appartment was really cosy, clean and everything you could think of was there (cooking equipment, internet, washing machine etc.). The location was perfect, in between gran via and chueca. Just up the street were all kinds of cool bars and restaurants. Because it was not located in the middle of chueca the noise of people going out was bearable. There are some prostitutes in the street who are standing here day and night but this didn't bother us at all. It's not a dangerous street, we felt very safe and it is only 50 meters away form gran via metro, the commercial centre. The only thing which did bother us was the neighbours doorbell ringing constantly during the evening. So buy earplugs and then this apartment is a very nice place to stay. Very good value for money.
