This sunny flat sleeps 4 to 6 people and is ideal for families or business trips: it has two independent bedrooms.One with two single beds TV, and the second one withTV, a large double bed and a toilet , in the living room has a double sofa bed very comfortable. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace, and all appliances that will make your staying more easy. h3 align="justify">The area Surrounding the Apartment The Plaza Mayor in Madrid is one of the central spots of the city in which tourists can meet several different aspects of the Spanish traditions and culture. Since its origins in the XVII century, this square has witnessed a great amount of historical events and many great moments in different époques have centered in this spot. The neighborhood of Lavapies is very rich in not only Spanish traditions but also in mixing them with other cultures through the combination of immigrants from different origins. This is a great place for visitors who wish to learn about the Spanish culture, its people, its traditions and its every day life. It’s a great base to visit Madrid either for business or for a short break since it is central and very well connected with the rest of the city. The area where the flat is located is very lively with lots of bars with open air tables, restaurants, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas. If you want to relax , museums and cinemas are close by, and the area is well connected with the rest of the city with 5 different metro lines just in the same door outside the apartment. (lines 5 and 1). La Gran Via and Sol metro stations (line 5 and 1) are very close from the apartment. Some of the most important tourist and cultural spots in the city are within walking distance to the apartment such as the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol ,and the excellents Prado and Reina Sofía museums.
