Gli appartamenti sono in ottime condizioni anche perchè ristrutturati di recente. Uno dei due era troppo piccolo per 4 persone. durante il soggiorno si è verificata una perdita dai tubi del piano superiore comportando una grossa macchia sul soffitto ed un tanfo molto pesante.
