How to book an apartment

You can book an apartment instant and easy. After seeing the available apartments and choose the one that best suits your needs, simply click the Book Now button to start the reserve. Need to complete an online form and to book the dates requested, must make an online prepayment. The prepayment can be done by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via our online payment system to serve you, or through Paypal with or debit card.

When the prepayment process is completed successfully, you receive an email confirmation of booking.

The exact address of the apartment

When you book an apartment, you receive an email confirmation of the reservation with the exact address of the apartment. When the apartment is hard to find, you will be given directions to locate it.

For privacy reasons we do not show the address of the apartments on the web, we can not give an address before the reservation has been entered the apartment.

The price of apartment per night depending on the number of people sharing the accommodation. In the event that the total number of people varies during your stay, you have to book for the highest number of people who will be staying in the apartment. For example, if you book six nights, two of which must have 2 people and 4 people in the other four nights, will have to make a reservation for 4 people.

You only pay for children over 4 years. When specifying the number of people to find an apartment, please include infants and children under 4 years in the box. Amendment or cancellation of booking

If you want to change the apartment you have booked, is considered a de facto cancellation. The prepayment is not refunded and must make a new reservation. If you wish to prepay by wire transfer please email comuniqualo with booking details, apartment, number of people and dates and we will send all necessary details for the transfer. Entrance to the apartment:

Someone from our team will be waiting at the apartment at the time previously agreed, will explain the funcionameinto of equipment in the apartment and handed him the keys. Hours entrance to apartment

The standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00, unless otherwise stated clearly on the apartment page. This information is also included in email booking confirmation.

Please note that entries in the apartment between 21:00 and 24:00 pm there is an additional charge of 40 € and for arrivals between 24.00 and 02.00 am there is a surcharge of 50 €. The time limit for entry to the apartments are at 02:00 am. It is customary for guests leaving the apartment on the same day you arrive. To allow for check-out and clearance, may not be possible to request an early check-in. You can call the accommodation manager from 09:30 on the day of your arrival to see if we can come before in apartment

Lost keys

Please take care of the apartment and its equipment. If you lose the keys there is a charge of 50 Euros will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

Check out the Apartment

The usual time-out is between 10:00 am and 11:00 am.

The outputs at night or early morning (between 22:00 pm and 09:00 am) may attract an additional charge, unless you have given us details of your credit card so we can review the status of the apartment the next morning. This information is displayed in the "minimum requirements" of the apartment's page.

You can stay in the apartment if no other guests arriving the same day of your departure. Checkout until 15:00 pm with an extra charge of 50 euros. Departures between 15:00 and 22:00, you will be charged a daily rate.

There is no guarantee that you can leave later, because it can be guests arriving the same day that you leave the apartment. You can ask the manager of the accommodation on your arrival if possible late check-out. If you need to go out later you could stay an extra night. Alternatively, you can use the left luggage services at major transport hubs, like train stations.

The accommodation will meet you at the apartment at the time of standard output (unless it has been at another time) to inspect the apartment and the damage deposit back. The damage deposit is refunded in full, provided no damages have occurred and the apartment is left in reasonable condition.Required to report any damages during your stay.
